By accessing or using the 3dive.com website, services, or the 3dive app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

3dive offers virtual tour solutions, website design, and marketing services. Our team captures 360-degree views of properties and uploads them to the 3dive app for client use. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure they have the necessary permissions and rights to allow 3dive access to their properties for virtual tour capture. Any illegal or unauthorized use of our services will result in immediate suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by 3dive, including virtual tours, designs, and marketing materials, remains the property of 3dive until full payment is received by the client. Unauthorized use or duplication of our materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Fees

All service fees must be paid as outlined in our agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges. 3dive reserves the right to suspend access to services if payments are not received in full.

6. Partner and Earn Program

By participating in 3dive’s Partner and Earn program, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility: Individuals or businesses can apply to the Partner and Earn program by signing up on the 3dive.com platform. All participants must comply with local laws and regulations.

• Commission Structure: Partners will receive a commission of 15% on each successful sale generated through their referral. All commissions are based on the final sale price and will be calculated after discounts (if any).

• Payment of Commissions: Commissions will be paid once per month. A minimum payout threshold of [insert amount] applies. If this threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next month.

• Sales Tracking: All referrals and sales will be tracked manually. Partners are responsible for providing accurate details of referrals to ensure proper commission payouts.

3dive is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our services. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical errors or external factors.
